Executive Director
Agata is a distinguished Executive Director celebrated for her exceptional international experience and expertise in Finance and Innovation. She has a proven track record of executing complex projects with optimal efficiency, delivering exceptional results across diverse global industries. Agata’s strategic ingenuity and leadership skills have led to significant achievements, including the successful implementation of large-scale government and corporate initiatives that require meticulous planning, cross-cultural communication, and innovative solutions. Her dedicated approach to achieving outcomes and engaging stakeholders reflects her commitment to driving organisational excellence and fostering trusted partnerships worldwide. Agata holds degrees in Computer Science from University of Western Australia, International Business and Commerce from University of Vermont, and certified in Prince2 and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
Jack Spencer-Cotton
Non-Executive Director
Jack has over 28 years of experience in the field of engineering. He has held a range of senior engineering roles in international manufacturing companies, as well as established his own business in engineering and consulting. He has previously held senior engineering roles at ERG Group, Sanmina-SCI Corporation, Startronics, SRX Global, and Pfizer Perth. He is presently a project manager at One New Energy and a non-executive director of an ASX-listed company.
Mr Anson Gan, BEng (Hons)
Non-Executive Director
Anson is a registered electrical engineer with the Institution of Engineers (Malaysia). He has held a range of project engineering and consulting positions with various engineering companies in Australia, Malaysia and China, as well as established his own business specialising in green building design and green energy technology and the supply of green building materials.
He is experienced in electrical engineering, project management and green building consultancy in large scale residential and commercial construction projects in Malaysia.
Anson has a Bachelor of Engineering with a major in Electrical Engineering from Curtin University, Western Australia.
Nicholas Ong, BCom MBA
Company Secretary
Nicholas brings 20 years of experience in listing rules compliance and corporate governance. He is a non-executive director and company secretary of several ASX listed companies, and has extensive experience in mining project financing as well as mining and offtake contract negotiations. Nicholas is a fellow member of the Governance Institute of Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia.
XueKun Li ACCA
Chief Financial Officer
Ms Li has over 20 years’ experience in corporate governance and business finance. She is a qualified accountant and a member of Governance Institute of Australia. Ms Li started her career with a Big-four firm and has rich knowledge and experience in corporate finance and accounting. She held senior positions including company secretary and financial officer for a number of listed and private companies.
